Un momento cruciale di confronto e co-progettazione nell'ambito del progetto europeo ART4ALL – Improving Cultural Accessibility Across Border, finanziato dal Programma Interreg IPA South Adriatic 2021-2027.
Il progetto mira a migliorare l'accesso alla cultura per le persone con disabilità attraverso la creazione di percorsi artistici e l'adattamento degli spazi espositivi e teatrali.
Obiettivo dell'Incontro
Il laboratorio è una consultazione pubblica partecipata volta a:
- Comprendere in dettaglio i bisogni specifici e gli ostacoli incontrati dalle persone con disabilità e dalle loro famiglie nella fruizione delle attività teatrali.
- Costruire un primo piano di azioni concrete per favorire la loro partecipazione attiva al teatro, in linea con l'obiettivo del progetto di costruire comunità più inclusive.
La vostra esperienza e il vostro contributo sono fondamentali per sviluppare nuovi modelli di gestione degli spazi culturali più attenti alle esigenze di diversità e accessibilità.
L'evento vedrà inoltre l'intervento di Flavia Dalila D'Amico, Studiosa ed esperta sull’accessibilità nelle perfoming arts, che illustrerà lo stato dell'arte del tema dell'accessibilità nelle performing arts in Italia.

A Participatory Workshop on Cultural Accessibility
for People with Disabilities and Their Families
We are pleased to invite you to an important moment of dialogue and co-design within the framework of the European project ART4ALL – Improving Cultural Accessibility Across Border, funded by the Interreg IPA South Adriatic Programme 2021–2027.
The project aims to improve access to culture for people with disabilities through the creation of artistic pathways and the adaptation of exhibition and theatre spaces.
Purpose of the Workshop
This participatory workshop is a public consultation aimed at:
- Gaining a deeper understanding of the specific needs and barriers experienced by people with disabilities and their families when accessing theatre activities.
- Developing an initial action plan to foster their active participation in theatre, in line with the project's goal of building more inclusive communities.
Your experience and contribution are essential for developing new models of cultural space management that are more responsive to the needs of diversity and accessibility.
The event will also feature a contribution by Flavia Dalila D'Amico, researcher and expert in accessibility within the performing arts sector, who will present an overview of the current state of accessibility in the performing arts in Italy.
